Manuel Aaron

FIDE trainer, Peter Long, posted on his blog, a picture of this elderly man and it is not clear who he is.
Peter's picture style posting didn't have any text clarifying who he was but from the picture of the book, looks like he is Manuel Aaron - an author. Further Google search revealed a long Wikipedia page. Manuel Aaron was not just an author but a significant figure for Indian chess. Peter's blog title "Father of Indian Chess" is thus not an exaggeration. (in the video it mentions the picture caption was "Father of Indian Chess" where it was actually the blog title. Error is regretted)

The blog post from Peter Long shows Manuel Aron still active in promoting chess during the Olympiads at the ripe old age of 87!!
